Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy covers the Rainy Day Games website (rainydaygames.app) and our mobile games. Rainy Day Games is a trade name of Mettorna Labs LLC, Washington, USA ("we", "us").

What we collect

We don't collect personal information. Our games have no accounts or sign-up, and they run on your device. Game settings and progress (for example, your card style or sound preference) stay on your device and are never sent to us.

Ads (Google AdMob)

Our free mobile games show ads served by Google AdMob, on the start and results screens and occasionally between games, never during play. This website shows no ads.

Our apps request non-personalized ads only. Non-personalized ads are chosen from context (such as the app and the general location), not from a profile of you. Even so, Google and its partners may collect and use information from your device, such as its advertising ID, IP address, device type, and how you interact with ads, to show the ads, limit how often you see the same ad (frequency capping), measure ad performance, and prevent fraud and abuse. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK, and some US states), we will ask for your consent or offer the choices the law requires before this happens.

Learn how Google uses this information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads / Privacy > Ads).

Children

Our games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a game is ever marked for children, its ads are set to child-directed treatment, which limits what Google collects.

Website

This website does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing and selling

We don't sell or share personal information, because we don't have any. Ad data collected by Google is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
